Nova Vision is a Warsaw-based software house. We build software for companies that want to bring order to their work, not just swap a tool for a newer one.
Who we are
Nova Vision is built on a team of specialists with many years of experience. Since 2013 we have been building and implementing integrated IT systems. Our portfolio includes hundreds of projects: websites and online stores, mobile apps, custom IT systems, CRM systems and solutions that streamline everyday work.
Our experience lets us share knowledge and offer clients the solutions that best meet their needs. Our tools work well across many industries — from financial services and healthcare to retail and HR.
How we talk to clients
Good communication is the foundation of IT system design. Talking things through lets us define needs precisely and choose tools and procedures that meet the expectations of the future users — not just the person placing the order.
That is why, during the pre-implementation analysis, we talk not only to management but also to the people who will use the system every day. They are the ones who tell us where time is really being lost.
What we do
We plan, design, build, implement and supervise tailor-made IT infrastructure solutions:
- custom web applications — CRM, ERP and B2B/B2C systems,
- Android and iOS mobile apps integrated with the central system,
- AI implementations: assistants working on company data, automated ticket handling,
- system integrations, including SAP, SAP HANA DB and ERP and warehouse systems,
- websites and online stores built for performance and search engine visibility,
- business process optimisation based on modern technologies,
- application hosting and maintenance, including backups and GDPR compliance.
We deliver end-to-end solutions. A typical project is not just a CRM system, but a CRM with an integrated mobile app and a website with a client portal.
