Our company is built on a team of specialists with many years of experience. Since 2013 we have been building and implementing integrated IT systems — from simple websites, through online stores and their integrations with warehouse systems, to extensive CRM systems and custom business management applications.

What clients ask us before a project starts
How much does a custom IT system cost?
The cost depends on the scope, so we do not quote a price before the analysis. The first conversation is free and ends with a preliminary price range. A detailed quote for the whole project, together with a schedule, is included in the pre-implementation analysis document, which we prepare in the second stage of our cooperation.
How long does it take to implement a custom system?
We split projects into stages, so the client starts working with the system after the first milestone, not once everything is finished. Smaller implementations are completed in a few weeks; extensive CRM and ERP systems are delivered over several months, with features added in successive iterations.
Can I stop after the pre-implementation analysis?
Yes. The pre-implementation analysis is a separate, self-contained stage. The client receives a document with the quote, schedule and solution description, and decides whether to proceed only after reading it. The document remains the client’s property.
Do you integrate with SAP and other ERP systems?
Yes. We build integrations with SAP and SAP HANA DB and with ERP systems such as Enova and WF-MAG, as well as with payment platforms, courier companies and VoIP telephony. Data is exchanged via REST API, webhooks or exchange files, depending on what the system on the other side supports.
How do you use AI in your projects?
We connect Claude and OpenAI models to the client’s company data. The most common uses are an assistant that answers questions based on internal documentation, automatic classification of tickets and email, extracting data from invoices and generating product descriptions. We process data in line with the GDPR and agree the scope before implementation.
What happens to the system after launch?
We offer post-launch support: staff training, ad hoc help with problems and developing the system as your company changes. We can also take over hosting, backups and application availability monitoring.
Do you only work with companies from Warsaw?
No. Nova Vision’s office is at ul. Wspólna 63B in Warsaw, but we run projects remotely for clients from all over Poland. Workshops take place online or at the client’s premises, depending on the project stage.
